Service Description

This class is designed for yoga students and their little ones to enjoy quality time together during the Summer Holidays. These sessions introduces yoga in a playful, accessible way through different themes each class, helping children and adults connect, move, breathe, laugh, and relax together. This session is suitable for pre-schoolers and children to up 12 years old, on Wednesday mornings during August and the first week of September from 09:30-11:00. These sessions takes places on Gorey Common (with parking available at Long Beach Car Park). Yoga mats and equipment is provided.
